JOB REQUIREMENTS: One-on-One Caregiver This is a hands-on, meaningful role supporting an individual with daily routines and activities. The position helps with everyday tasks, personal care, and engagement in fun, creative activities in a home setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interactive, compassionate care and has experience supporting adults with individualized needs. Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Wednesday: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM Every other weekend: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Consistent shifts to build routine Pay \$16.32 per hour What the Day Includes Support focuses on helping with daily routines and meaningful engagement. Tasks may include: Personal care and assistance with ADLs (dressing, bathing, bathroom routines) Meal preparation and support with a specialized diet Light household tasks such as laundry and sweeping Engaging in favorite activities such as crafts, coloring, and games like hide-and-seek Supporting positive behaviors and redirection when needed Training is provided for all care tasks, including guidance on routines and behavior support. Who This Role Is a Good Fit For Must be 18+ and be able to pass a Caregiver Background Check Experienced in caregiving Compassionate, patient, and energetic Comfortable learning hands-on care tasks and behavior support techniques Outgoing and creative, with an ability to engage in activities Dependable transportation This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference while building a strong, trusting relationship.
