JOB REQUIREMENTS: Community Horizons is assisting a young man in the Wisconsin Rapids area in hiring a dependable Back-Up Support Person. This role provides fill-in support when his primary worker is unavailable. He enjoys humor, video games, and easygoing conversation, so someone who can match that energy will be a great fit. Responsibilities Provide support during scheduled back-up shifts Offer companionship and positive interaction Engage in light activities, including video games or casual conversation Assist with simple daily tasks as needed Maintain a safe and respectful environment Ideal Candidate Has a good sense of humor and friendly personality Enjoys or is comfortable around video games Reliable, punctual, and able to step in when needed Communicates clearly and respectfully Has reliable transportation/Valid License Why This Role Matters Your support helps this young man maintain consistency and independence in his daily routine.
