Sales Operations Assistant

(Onsite or Remote | Temp-to-Hire)

Must have HubSpot experience

AI Automation & Claude experience strongly preferred

? Pay: $24–$28/hour (DOE)

? Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time (Eastern Time Preferred)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Operations Assistant to support a fast-growing influencer marketing tech company. This role is a 50/50 split between traditional sales operations/admin support and AI-powered automation work .

You’ll help manage leads, support the sales team, and leverage modern AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and move deals through the pipeline faster.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations / Admin (50%)

  • Manage HubSpot CRM (open leads, update pipeline, track deals, close stale deals)

  • Qualify inbound leads and assign to the sales team

  • Support sales team in moving deals through the funnel

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and qualify leads

  • Build reports and track sales activity

  • Schedule meetings and support day-to-day sales operations

  • Assist with outreach tied to influencer marketing campaigns

AI / Automation Support (50%)

  • Leverage AI tools (including Claude) to streamline workflows and communication

  • Support automation of repetitive sales and CRM tasks

  • Help improve lead management efficiency using AI-assisted processes

  • Identify opportunities to optimize HubSpot usage through automation

  • Assist in building scalable workflows for sales operations

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of hands-on HubSpot experience (REQUIRED)

  • Opening leads

  • Managing pipeline

  • Supporting deals through close

  • Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Strong Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

  • Tech-savvy, organized, and able to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools and automation workflows

  • Familiarity with Claude or similar AI platforms

  • Experience improving processes using automation or AI-assisted tools

  • Interest in beauty and influencer marketing industry
