LEGOLAND Operations Controller in Winter Haven, Florida
What you'll bring to the team
A LEGOLAND® Operations Controller ensures the Resort runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently each day. Acting as the central communication hub, this role monitors real-time park operations, coordinates between departments, and supports teams to deliver an awesome, seamless guest experience — built one brick at a time.
The ideal candidate offers a strong foundation in data entry, documentation, or administrative workflow management (Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel) , paired with exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
Availability to work a Friday through Tuesday schedule is essential.
Core Responsibilities
1. Real‑Time Monitoring & Coordination
Track operational activity, schedules, staffing, and performance metrics.
Identify issues or deviations and take corrective action quickly.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
2. Communication Hub
Relay critical information between teams (operations, maintenance, leadership, vendors).
Provide updates, alerts, and status reports.
Escalate urgent issues and coordinate responses.
3. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution
Diagnose disruptions or inefficiencies in operations.
Deploy resources or adjust workflows to resolve issues.
Maintain service continuity and minimize downtime.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Record incidents, operational changes, and performance metrics.
Produce shift reports and dashboards.
Analyze trends to support planning, forecasting, and process improvement.
5. Process & Performance Optimization
Recommend improvements to procedures, staffing, or technology.
Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Overall Goal
An Operations Controller ensures the day‑to‑day operational heartbeat of the organization stays stable, responsive, and efficient — preventing small issues from becoming major disruptions.
