Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $14 - $17 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Traveling Floor Prep Associate:
Perform floor preparation tasks including grinding, polishing, and surface cleaning
Assist in the application of industrial floor coatings and finishes
Operate and maintain floor prep equipment (training provided)
Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Travel to various job sites across multiple states as assigned

Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
Willingness to travel frequently and stay out of state for projects
Reliable transportation to meet at designated travel points (if applicable)
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
Previous construction or flooring experience is a plus, but not required
Background check required
