Millerbernd Manufacturing Co. Paralegal/Executive Assistant in Winsted, Minnesota
NOW HIRING: We are looking for a Paralegal/Executive Assistant to join our team. A Paralegal/Executive Assistant will collaborate with external legal counsel to support M&A, contract management, corporate governance and legal compliance. Additionally, this role seeks to continually improve process and efficiency within the leadership team while providing direction to the administrative team.
Job Title: Paralegal/Executive Assistant
Location: Winsted, MN
Salary Range: $70,000 - $87,000 (Exempt)
(In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.)
Shift Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Friday Business Hours
Shift Differential: 1st shift - N/A
As a Paralegal/Executive Assistant, you will:
Draft, proofread and file or send legal documents
Monitor and support legal contract review process
Upload fully executed contracts to database
Review and advise sales agreements and non-disclosure agreements
Prepare annual government filings and assist with corporate governance documentation, annual minutes and state required annual reports
Perform administrative duties for the executive team such as maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and creating documents or presentations
Coordinate signatures and communications with outside vendors and contacts
Manage expense reimbursements
Perform legal and background research when requested
Serve as a point of contact between company owner and internal/external stakeholders
Lead a small team of administrative professionals
Role Qualifications as a Paralegal/Executive Assistant:
Preferred candidates will have a degree in Legal Studies or equivalent certification
5 years of experience in an administrative role at the executive level
Advanced use of Microsoft Office
Leverage Technology like software and AI for efficiency
Strong organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to maintain strong relationships
Ability to create and document processes
Effective and appropriate verbal and written communication skills, including legible handwriting in English
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
