Job Summary
Aerotek is seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Assemblers to join their production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products according to work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and a team‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components and products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
Perform visual inspections to verify quality and identify defects
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with safety and 5S standards
Meet daily production goals for quality, efficiency, and accuracy
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify improvement opportunities
Complete required documentation and follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, or basic blueprints
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Comfortable using small hand and power tools
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
