Honeywell Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice in Winnipeg, Manitoba
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our field service operations and the satisfaction of our customers. Your technical skill and support will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HBS is seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice to join its Winnipeg MB Service team.
This position requires travel within Manitoba, western Ontario, Norther Territories and eastern Saskatchewan.
Conduct preventative maintenance functions and troubleshooting of machinery to reduce downtime and maximize efficiencies.
Operate and maintain all mechanical rooms and other equipment including chiller refrigeration, boilers, pumps, compressors, condensers, and HVAC systems.
Responsible for assisting in installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
Be the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users.
Learn end-to-end delivery of Honeywell solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role
Must be an HVAC Apprentice
A member of Local UA 254 or willing to join Union
Valid class 5 Driver’s License
WE VALUE

Ability to lift 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
