POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing SNF, demonstrates fundamentals of the nursing process for long term care, contributes to the nursing assessment and the development of the nursing care plan, and participates in the evaluation of nursing care. Supervises the day-to-day nursing activity of the long term care facility during scheduled shifts making sure the staff is in accordance with Federal, State and local guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility
