Dover Greens, LLC ( Wingdale, NY) seeks Construction/Welding Supervisors to directly supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers. Inspect work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensure that specifications are met to bring full construction project to completion. Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements and to ensure project alignment. Oversee or perform work activities to further construction project development including using hand tools or other equipment. Train workers in construction methods and operation of equipment or machinery. Oversee or assist workers perform structural construction and operation of equipment, including affixing structural components or pipe fabrication through welding operations using a variety of methods including MIG and TIG. Analyze production issues and recommend solutions. Confer with managerial or technical personnel to coordinate activities, arrange for repairs of equipment or machinery, and order materials or supplies. Travel to worksites in Dutchess County, New York. Wage: $42.44/hr ($88,275/yr). Requires.: 2 years of Construction., Welding, or related experience. Email resumes to marian.r@dovergreens.com.
