We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our large team in Windsor for a large-scale automobile assembly plant. We are looking for an individual with a high level of customer service and security experience. You will bring 2 years minimum of security supervisor experience, extensive knowledge of security procedures, management experience of large teams, able to resolve complex issues with a variety of de-escalation techniques. You are a self-motivated and enjoy taking the initiative and are seen as a leader.

Position Overview :
Position: Shift Security Supervisor
Pay Rate: $27.50/hour
Location: Windsor
Shift: Casual/Varies
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Access Control
Use of radios for communication
Protect property of client
De-escalation and trespasser deterrence.
Proven ability to maintain written and verbal reports.
Assist Fire Manager when needed
Proven ability to identify security breaches and act on them appropriately.
Good telephone communication skills and manner.
Scheduling in house Security
Responding to emergency situations
Reporting to the Site Manager
*QUALIFICATIONS: *
Valid Ontario Security License
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
Full G Driver’s License
Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
Minimum of 2 years of security supervisor experience is required.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly under pressure
Strong communication and written skills including incident report writing.
Leadership skills including being able to manage a diverse team.
Ability to follow procedure and be detail oriented.
Must understand and promote the Securitas Quality objectives: Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft word and excel
