What are your contributions to the team?
Manage all tooling activities to support production and maintenance operations.
Coordinate tooling schedules, delivery timelines, and project status tracking.
Oversee tooling documentation, revisions, and compliance requirements.
Work with suppliers on tooling orders, repairs, and lead‑time management.
Support daily tooling needs on-site for production, engineering, and quality teams.
Monitor tooling inventory, availability, and readiness.
Resolve tooling issues and escalate risks as needed.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Maintain accurate records and ensure tools meet safety and quality standards.
How to thrive in this role?
Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation, manufacturing, tooling coordination, or production support
Ability to work fully on‑site and travel if needed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or project‑management‑related field
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Strong coordination, scheduling, and project‑tracking skills
Experience collaborating with suppliers, machine shops, or technical vendors
Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lead meetings and present project updates professionally
Highly motivated self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple tooling projects simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, Project, etc.)
