Eaton Corporation Senior Supply Chain Analyst - Inventory in Windsor, Connecticut
Eaton’s ARS division is currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst - Inventory to join the team. This is a hybrid role with approximately 10% travel and can be based in one of the following locations: Aurora, CO; Chandler, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Fenton, MO; Fontana, CA; Glendale Heights, IL; Grapevine, TX; Hanover, MD; Houston, TX; La Vergne, TN; Morrisville, NC; Parma, OH; Smyrna, GA; Westampton Township, NJ and Windsor, CT.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will work as part of the satellites’ centralized supply chain leadership team supporting optimization of inventory levels for the nationally distribute satellite operations, reducing aggregate inventory levels while simultaneously improving component availability.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Inventory Planning: Optimize inventory days on hand (DOH) across all Satellite locations. Achieve continued reduction and avoidance of excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory. Forecast inventory and align metrics with finance. Own and manage SAT quarterly physical inventory program and reporting
Material Flow: Develop and improve Kanban stocking optimization tools and drive utilization. Improve assigned item (non-stock materials) ordering processes. Reduce premium freight through improved material availability
Supplier Performance: Work with suppliers to achieve short and consistent lead times, improve supply quality, and improve supplier on-time delivery. Expand utilization of supplier stocking and inventory program
Cost Analysis: Support materials and logistics cost productivity efforts. Lead and facilitate surplus management activities and projects
Supply Chain Operations Support: Provide on-going general supply chain support for all Satellite locations (managing SBMS shared inbox, create/maintain material masters and vendor masters, reporting responsibilities, manage monthly price updates and/or surcharge reconciliation with commodity vendors)
Continuous Improvement: Partner with Satellite locations to support use of the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF), capturing interrupters related to material issues. Support product line growth by aligning materials management activities to Satellite business unit strategy and improving supply chain agility. Support product launches and develop and deploy inventory transition plans

The successful candidate demonstrates strong statistical and data analysis skills, leveraging Microsoft Excel and other tools to extract insights from large, complex data sets and drive continuous improvement. You are effective at influencing cross functional stakeholders and supporting change initiatives within supply chain, manufacturing, and accounting driven environments. You bring a strong sense of urgency, balances multiple priorities, and communicates complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all organizational levels. Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 2 years of supply chain and/or manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution
3+ years of supply chain and/or manufacturing experience
CPIM or CSCP Certification (APICS)
MAPICS, AS400, Vista, Mentor, Qlikview experience
Power BI experience
LSS Green Belt certification
