Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Windsor, Colorado
Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing & Cleanroom
Shift: Wed–Sat, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (every other Wednesday off)
Levels Hiring: Tech I, II, III
Employment Type: Permanent
Summary
Seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical training. This role works in a cleanroom environment and requires adherence to FDA, cGMP, and SOP standards.
Compensation
Tech I: $23.80–$25.80/hr
Tech II: $28.50–$30.50/hr
Tech III: $33.50–$35.50/hr
Key Responsibilities
Train Maintenance Tech I and production staff on equipment operation and cleaning
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, refrigeration, and boiler systems
Maintain accurate maintenance and training documentation
Support equipment installations and process improvements
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
Maintain spare parts inventory
Handle hazardous waste per procedures
Work in a cleanroom with regular gowning
Required Experience
Manufacturing/production maintenance
Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting
Mechanical and electrical repair
Ability to follow FDA/cGMP/SOP procedures
Preferred Skills
Regulated industry experience (pharma/food/bev/medical device)
Refrigeration or boiler maintenance
Welding or machining
PLC troubleshooting
Basic Word/Excel skills
Requirements
Drug test
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Must be okay with cleanroom gowning
Day‑shift training period (6 weeks)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $73840.00/yr.
