Position Description
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Direct Support Staff and Certified Nursing Assistant members assist clients with their daily living needs implement individual service plan (ISP) objectives and assist with general household maintenance and upkeep. This position may include overnight shifts and is a non-exempt position.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Direct Support Staff and Certified Nursing Assistant positions report directly to, and is accountable to, both the House Manager and the QIDP/Administrator.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Required:Hight School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred:Class-C California Driver's License
- Preferred: DMV Report that permits reasonable insurability for driving
- required:Criminal Record clearance in accordance with Health and Safety Code, Section 1522c
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Physical exam clearance in accordance with relevant sections of the California Health and Safety Code, California Code Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapters 1 and 6, as well as the policies and procedures of DuMolin Community Living
- Ability to read, write and speak English is required.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS
Weekend AM 7:00am - 3:00pm and 8:00am - 2:00pm
Weekend PM 2:00pm - 10:00pm and 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Weekday SPLIT 5:30am - 8:30am and 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Weekday PM 2:00pm - 10:00pm and 3:00pm - 8:00 pm
NOC shift 10:00pm - 8:00am and 11:00pm - 9:00am
