Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Windham , CT

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new product introductions

• Analyze production data to identify areas for enhancement and cost reduction

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing issues in a timely manner

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in manufacturing process development and optimization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Knowledge of manufacturing software and tools such as CAD, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
