Assembler/Operator
- Location: Windber, PA
- Pay Rate: $18.00 to $19.00 an hour (depending on shift)
- 1st Shift: Monday to Thursday - 5:00am to 3:30pm (10 hour shift)
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday - 3:30pm to 1:30am (10 hour shift)
- 3rd Shift: Friday to Sunday - 6:00am to 6:00pm (12 hour shift, working 36 hours but will be paid for 40 hours)

What will you be doing?
- Execute secondary assembly tasks including soldering, crimping, wiring, and mechanical assembly according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and hand tools proficiently to assemble electronic components and products efficiently and accurately.
- Perform quality inspections on assembled components to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow, troubleshoot assembly issues, and implement process improvements.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with tools, equipment, and potentially hazardous materials to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations to support productivity and safety.
- Document assembly procedures, adjustments, and any issues encountered to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to 5S principles to maintain workplace organization and efficiency.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What are the Job Requirements?

- Familiarity with inspection tools and techniques
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- 2--5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
