Adecco US, Inc. Manufacturing Production Operator in Winchester, Kentucky

Location: Winchester, KY

Pay:

-Day Shift $ 16.80/hour

  • Night Shift: $ 18.40/hour

  • Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts

Position Overview

This position is primarily responsible for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical product per established specifications. They perform all the basic tasks relating to weighing, transferring, mixing, and processing of raw material to create a finished good. Production operators are also responsible for a variety of support activities, such as cleaning of production rooms, corridors, and equipment. All responsibilities are dictated by strict regulations (e.g., cGMP, SOP, batch records).

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety and compliance requirements, including PPE and cGMP standards.

  • Weigh and transfer materials using calibrated scales.

  • Assemble and disassemble machinery using hand tools.

  • Complete documentation accurately (batch records, cleaning logs).

  • Perform detailed cleaning of production suites and equipment.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment.

  • Collaborate with team members and assist in training new employees.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, biotech, or food manufacturing preferred.

  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.

  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment with strict SOPs.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maneuver drums up to 150 kg.

  • Frequent standing, bending, and overhead reaching.

  • Must be able to wear steel-toed shoes and other PPE for 8–12 hours.

Pay Details: $16.80 to $18.20 per hour
