Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
oClean and sanitize designated areas, including break rooms, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas of the buildings.
oOperate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other cleaning tools and machines.
oRestock and maintain janitorial supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers.
oFollow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner.
oPerform all job functions with safety as a priority and buy-in our corporate philosophy of “NOBODY GETS HURT, PERIOD”.
oNotify facility maintenance staff of any maintenance or repair issues.
oMaintain a safe and clean working environment.
oPerform other related duties as assigned.
oMaintain confidentiality of business and personal information, including but not limited to verbal, sign language, written, and digital information sources.
Required Qualifications:
oMust be at a minimum, 18 years of age
oNight Shift (Required)
oDriver's License (Some driving Required)
oOne year of building cleaning experience (preferred)
oMust be able to pass a drug screen (Drug Free Employer)
oThe applicant shall prove a reasonable amount of aptitude and interest in the craft.
Compensation:
Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.
Salary Range: $37,440 - $41,600
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
