What You Can Expect

Join Zimmer Biomet as a Regional Sales Manager for our RECON team, leading commercial growth across the broad Antwerp region. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, developing strong customer partnerships, and driving results in a competitive healthcare environment.

In this role, you can expect a dynamic mix of sales leadership, regional strategy, customer engagement, and team development. You will play a key part in shaping regional performance, strengthening market presence, and supporting the execution of commercial priorities in one of Belgium’s key healthcare markets.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to achieve ambitious sales and growth targets

  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, key accounts, and regional thought leaders

  • Drive account targeting, segmentation, and regional key account planning

  • Translate commercial priorities into clear regional sales and marketing actions

  • Support the delivery of quarterly and annual sales objectives, including revenue, gross margin, market share, and new product performance

  • Travel regularly with team members in the field to coach performance, identify development needs, and raise execution standards

  • Partner cross-functionally to support tenders, contracts, regional planning, and operational excellence

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

Your Background

  • Degree in business, sales, management, or a related field

  • Around 5–8 years of relevant business experience

  • Proven success in the healthcare sector with a strong track record of driving sales performance

  • Experience leading, motivating, and developing sales teams

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute on growth opportunities

  • Solid knowledge of RECON; broader orthopedic market knowledge is a plus

  • Good understanding of the competitive landscape and customer decision-making dynamics

  • Valid driving licence required

Travel Expectations

  • Regular travel across Antwerp Province and the wider assigned territory

  • Broader travel within Belgium, including overnight stays when needed

  • Occasional international travel depending on business needs
