Opportunity to join a global biopharmaceutical company developing innovative, proprietary medicines to address unmet needs in neuroscience.
Hours: M-F 8-5
12 month contract
The Process Development Technician contributes to the execution of experimental and clinical studies aimed at developing reliable and well-characterized oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing processes. This role involves conducting experiments, collecting and documenting data, and supporting overall process development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design of experimental programs and assist in compiling and analyzing study data.
Perform experiments to improve process understanding and manufacture GMP clinical batches across multiple scales.
Accurately complete all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and assist in updating batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality, and Development systems; provide support during regulatory inspections and audits as needed.
Ensure adherence to all applicable cGMP requirements, safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or scientific discipline (or equivalent experience) with 1–3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical solid oral dosage processing.
Solid understanding of mechanical and chemical engineering principles.
