Overview:
Working under direct supervision of the Receiving or Shipping Supervisor, Material Handler operates a powered forklift truck to perform the following duties: Efficiently and accurately locates all inbound products coming through the receiving department to physical locations in the facility.
Responsibilities:
- The use of forklifts is necessary to perform the replenishment of primary picking locations on a daily basis, stock transfers inside the four walls of operation and performing cycle counts on all products in the facility.
- Normal working hours are 11pm to 7:30am Monday - Friday, with overtime as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Must have experience using RF technology.
- Excellent safety habits.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to safely operate powered lift equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience on reach truck & order picker.
