The Finance Center Manager will lead daily Financial Center operations, ensuring strong sales performance, excellent member service, and efficient workflows. Train and coach staff, monitor goals, and maintain a high‑performance, service‑focused culture. Build member relationships, support business development, collaborate with internal/external partners, and represent the organization in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
Lead and supervise daily Financial Center operations and staff.
Maintain efficient workflows, accurate transactions, and high-quality member service.
Train, coach, and develop team members to support a strong service and sales culture.
Support regional leadership as needed and perform frontline duties when required.
Drive the team to meet or exceed deposit, loan, and referral goals.
Act as a role model for a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Sales & Coaching
Foster a culture focused on service, sales, and member relationship-building.
Coach staff to identify referral opportunities and promote products and services.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and recognition.
Conduct daily huddles and monthly team meetings to align on goals and strategies.
Communicate production goals and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Stay current on internal systems and ensure staff use applications effectively (e.g., Salesforce, Symitar, Outlook, MeridianLink).
Build relationships with internal partners, community contacts, and referral sources.
Participate in business development to attract, retain, and expand member relationships.
Represent the organization in community activities and support brand visibility.
