CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Software & Computer Systems Technician II.

Location: Wilmington, NC (hybrid remote)
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Wilmington, NC
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or equivalent experience
Description
The Software & Computer Systems Technician II develops, maintains, and supports enterprise software systems, focusing on Autodesk Vault, Fusion Manage APIs, and related platforms. This role enhances system workflows, automates data processes, and ensures smooth operation across technical environments. Responsibilities include application development, workspace configuration, troubleshooting, code quality enforcement, and team support.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Autodesk APIs, Fusion Manage configuration, and PLM concepts
Proficient in C# and JavaScript, including RESTful API integration and web development
Experience with Git, Visual Studio, and version-controlled environments
Capable of implementing standard procedures and proposing workflow improvements
Ability to independently solve moderately complex technical issues and contribute to team solutions
Excellent communication skills for collaboration and occasional external engagement
Education
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or equivalent experience
Qualifications
3+ years of software development or technical systems experience, preferably in a PLM or CAD-integrated environment
Prior experience with Autodesk Vault, Fusion Manage, or similar platforms is highly desirable
