Novant Health is hiring a Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) registered nurse for the night shift at our New Hanover Regional Medical Center location in Wilmington, NC. We’re offering up to a $ 3 0 ,000 sign-on bonus as well as up to $7,500 relocation.
Schedule: Full-Time , 0.9 FTE, 72 Hours per 2 weeks, 12-hour Night Shift, 7p – 7 a

About our Medicine IV Unit:
We're seeking compassionate and patient care driven nurse s to join our Med Surg team ! Our unit comprises 4 1 beds ; we have a patient ratio averaging 5-6 :1 it is our goal with our new team model , where every patient is assigned an RN , LPN and C NA it is our goal for the ratio t hen be 10:2 . Given the high modality of the cases we handle, our nursing team thrives on great communication , o ngoing team support and training within the workplace. What You'll Do
Provide specialized care and monitor patients closely.
Work with healthcare teams to develop care plans for patients.
Manage complex conditions and perform necessary procedures.
Respond quickly to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions.
Educate patients and families on care and treatment options.
Accurately document patient information and care interventions in medical records.
What We're Looking For
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required .
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing .
Current valid North Carolina nursing license required .
Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required .
1 year of acute nursing experience, required .
