Job Title: Project Manager, Business Transformation

Position Summary:
This is a key role in a transformation enablement office in PSG. This role will manage the intake through execution transformation process for the Program Management Oversight, process improvement and other change programs and ensure successful program delivery. The role will combine strong project management capabilities with structured change management to support successful adoption of strategic initiatives across businesses. They will be responsible for managing program activities, coordinating cross‑functional workstreams, and tracking critical milestones across initiatives. The role is critical in ensuring smooth program execution, including transitions, reengineering initiatives, automation projects or system implementations, while also ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption of change. The job holder will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside of Global Business Services, ensuring an integrated approach to both delivery and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute assigned projects, as well as collaborate with other project managers on initiatives within the broader transformation program
Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables using appropriate project management methodologies
Employ fit‑for‑purpose delivery methodologies and structured change management practices to support program success
Partner with functional leaders and stakeholders to plan and execute change management strategies, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities
Resolve complex issues and manage critical path processes as they relate to project delivery
Identify and manage risks, issues, actions and decisions – own the escalation process for critical issues and drive mitigation strategies
Influence key program stakeholders and ensure successful implementation across workstreams and business groups
Facilitate recurring program meetings and cross‑functional working sessions
Document and communicate the status, outcomes and value realization of projects
Gather project information and ensure clear communication of meeting outcomes (risks, issues, actions and decisions)
Review project deliverables to ensure timely completion of milestones
Develop and manage change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and adoption tracking
Support development of communication materials, training plans and leadership updates to enable successful transformation
Manage regular reporting cadence and ad‑hoc reporting including leadership reports and presentations
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably business related
Project Management/Sigma/Kaizen certification desirable
Formal change management training such as PROSCI or equivalent methodology strongly preferred
5 plus years’ experience managing complex, global programs and project initiatives
Demonstrated experience supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives and organizational change
Experience in Finance operations (OTC, PTP, FA, Inventory) or Customer Service is preferred
Systems implementation is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Robust project management skills and capabilities (planning tools, defining deliverables, business case and baseline development)
Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex, multidimensional transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization
Ability to translate strategy into executable plans and drive adoption of change
Ability to work independently, within a team, and collaboratively across teams
Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
Proven track record of following through on commitments
Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
Team player, able to work effectively with others
Ability to deal with highly sensitive information in line with confidentiality expectations
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
