The Quality Tech role is a good position with growth opportunity and good starting pay. Instant hire for any individual that shows they are interested with some experience. Quality Technician - will perform dimensional and visual inspections on manufactured components using various measuring and inspection tools to ensure product quality and conformity according to established specifications. They will also document inspection results and support various stages of production inspection including incoming and final checks. The job is for someone who checks parts of things being made to make sure they are the right size and look good. They use special tools to measure things and write down if everything is okay or not. Must pass Drug Test & Qualifications: ? Must have a high school diploma or equivalent required. ? Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing preferred. ? Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping. Basic ability to summarize inspection data in Excel ? Must have experience using inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, microscopes, or visual measuring systems ? Prior experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment is a plus. ? Familiarity with regulated industries such as medical devices, life sciences, or electronics is preferred. Job Description ? Perform dimensional, visual inspections on manufactured components using measuring and inspection tools. ? Measure and verify product dimensions, tolerances, and physical characteristics according to established specifications and quality criteria. ? Identify cosmetic, dimensional, and functional defects and determine product conformity. ? Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections as assigned, including verification of labeling and packaging requirements when applicable. ? Conduct first article, in-process, and routine production sampling inspections as required. ? Document inspection results, measurements, and pass/fail determinations in required logs or systems. ? Complete inspection records with (GDP), including legible, accurate, and timely entries. This is a contract to perm position.
