Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for exciting projects based in Stowe, MA, before transitioning to our Harvard project site. This is an opportunity to contribute to site work for sports fields. We offer stable, long-term employment, working through the winter months.

Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers and excavators.

  • Perform site work for the construction of sports fields.

  • Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience operating bulldozers.

  • Possession of a valid 2A Hoisting License.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with various heavy equipment operations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

Work primarily outdoors on project sites located in Stowe, MA, with a subsequent move to Harvard. The role requires physical work handling heavy equipment, with safety being a top priority.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wilmington, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
