Description
Amazon's Worldwide Grocery - Temp Distribution Center Operations Integration team (ATDC OI) team is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic and tactical, cross-functional operations and technology projects.
This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. You will work with up to 10 different cross-functional teams, while coordinating work closely with dozens of individuals across our three distribution centers. OI team members are the network experts of the processes they own. This means they will spend significant time on-the-floor and with operators to have the knowledge needed to be successful.

Key job responsibilities
Identify, design, develop, implement, and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to ensure optimal customer experience related to fulfillment solutions.
Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions.
Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.
Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain, and fulfillment operations.
Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.
Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.
Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects, and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.
Up to 30% domestic and/or international travel may be required.
About the team
The all Temp Distribution Center Operations Integration team (ATDC OI) is a small group responsible for all projects impacting our network of three distribution centers. We connect upstream processes and systems with the ATDC's operations teams, ensuring that ATDCs are setup for success. At the same time, we look downstream at the spokes with a similar viewpoint, and ensure that our actions are in their best interests. Key aspects of our team's role in the supply chain include KPI development, reporting optimization, process design, and executional leadership.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
