Work Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
Position Overview:
The School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for conducting student evaluations and providing therapy services in alignment with each student’s individualized plan of care and applicable physician orders. This role supports students’ communication, language, and related needs to promote success in the academic setting.
Minimum Requirements:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment
CCC-SLP preferred; may be required based on state or contract guidelines
Adherence to all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR certification, if applicable
TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as required)
Current health certificate per state or contract regulations
Meets all federal, state, and local employment requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
