Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Summer School 2026 | In-Person Only

About the Role
Seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for summer school programming. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, deliver direct therapy, and document services in alignment with each student’s plan of care and physician’s orders.
Qualified candidates may also be considered for 2026–2027 school year openings, with the option to start in summer and continue into the fall. The district will also interview those seeking summer-only or school-year-only opportunities.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations
Provide direct therapy services to assigned students
Document services in accordance with district and professional standards
Collaborate with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Support students in summer educational programs across multiple school sites
Minimum Requirements
Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment
Out-of-state candidates must apply for DE reciprocity and obtain DE licensure before the start date
CCC-SLP preferred (may be required per contract)
Compliance with all professional standards of practice
CPR certification, if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if required
Current health certificate, if required by state or contract
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be 18 years or older
