Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2026–2027 School Year | In-Person Only
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
Contract Length: 36 weeks
Start Date: August 24, 2026

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you will complete student evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and provide therapy services aligned with students’ needs and physician orders. Candidates may start as early as this summer, continue into the new school year, or apply for school-year-only openings.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to students
Document services accurately and in compliance with district and professional standards
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Minimum Requirements
Active SLP licensure in-state or out-of-state
Out-of-state candidates must apply for Delaware reciprocity and obtain DE licensure before starting
CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on assignment)
Compliance with all professional standards of practice
CPR certification, if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if required
Current health certificate, if required by state/contract
Must be 18 years or older
