Willow Creek Ranch Preserve LLC Farmworker/Laborer in Willow Creek, Montana
Temporary Fulltime position from 4-1-2026 to 1-30-2027 45 Hours/week $13.03 per hour for US and H-2A worker Workers will assist employer with overseeing, feeding, medicating and vaccinating livestock. Will prepare ground and plant willow and cottonwood trees, plant, cultivate and harvest crops of grass/hay, corn, peas and oats. Will preform grounds maintenance to include mowing, weeding, blowing, planting, painting, fence repair, building repairs, barn clean outs and other general maintenance duties. All deductions required by law will be made from the worker's paycheck. Social security, federal and state (if applicable) taxes will only be deducted from foreign H-2A workers upon written request. All workers are subject to reasonable repair cost of damage for the repair/replacement of tools and or equipment and the reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging facilities and vehicles if worker is shown to have caused the shortage or damage by a dishonest or willful act. This may be charged to worker after damage has occurred and upon employees written authorization to make the deduction. Workers who quit or are terminated for cause prior to completing 50% of the contract will be required to reimburse the employer for the full amounts of advanced and/or reimbursed transportation and subsistence. Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. The employer may offer additional work hours or these hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only. Drug screens are performed pre-hire (or post hire) and are at the expense of the employer. Failure or refusal of a drug screen is grounds for immediate termination, drug screens are performed upon incidence, accident or suspicion.
