The Crew Lead oversees moving operations on-site, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional service delivery. This position provides leadership to Crew Members, coordinates job tasks, communicates with customers, and ensures high-quality handling of all items. The Crew Lead models best practices and ensures adherence to safety and customer service standards.

[• ]{georgia",="" serif"=""}Lead and coordinate moving crews during packing, loading, transport, and unloading. [• ]{georgia",="" serif"=""}Communicate job plans and expectations to team members. [• ]{georgia",="" serif"=""}Serve as primary point of contact for customers during each move. [• ]{georgia",="" serif"=""}Perform hands-on moving duties including lifting, wrapping, packing, and loading. [• ]{georgia",="" serif"=""}Train new or less experienced crew members on proper techniques. [• ]{georgia",="" serif"=""}Complete required documentation, inventory forms, and condition reports. [• ]{georgia",="" serif"=""}Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure all items are accounted for and properly handled. [• ]{georgia",="" serif"=""}Maintain truck organization and ensure safe placement of items to prevent shifting.
