Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process incoming payments, deposits, and customer remittances
Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Research, resolve, and follow up on discrepancies or customer payment issues
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts and collection efforts
Prepare regular aging reports and assist with month-end closing procedures
Support the accounting team with related duties as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting support role preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Effective communication and customer service abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
