Adecco US, Inc. Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift in Williston, Vermont

A leading precision industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced NDE Inspector for 2nd shift. This role is responsible for performing and evaluating non-destructive examinations including Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) to ensure components meet internal quality standards and applicable industry codes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MT and/or PT inspections in accordance with SNT-TC-1A Level II standards

  • Set up, calibrate, and verify inspection equipment

  • Interpret test results and determine acceptance/rejection of parts

  • Confirm proper surface prep and prerequisites before testing

  • Prepare reports, logs, rejection notices, and technique sheets as needed

  • Conduct daily quality checks and patrol inspections

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

  • Support training or guidance of other employees when needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on NDE inspection experience preferred in MT or PT environments

  • Prior certification or documented training as Level II Inspector strongly preferred

  • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and procedures

  • Strong report writing and documentation skills

  • Ability to pass required vision, practical, and written testing

  • Manufacturing or metalworking inspection background preferred

Pay Details: $31.91 per hour
