Justin Folvag Agricultural Equipment Operator in Williston, North Dakota
Temporary position from 01/15/2026 to 11/15/2026 North Dakota Job Order 40 hours/week 18.98/hour We grow wheat, corn and soybeans and need seasonal help to operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow, fertilize soil, and to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crop (wheat, corn and soybeans). Routine repairs and maintain farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season's rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate. Deductions required by law. Employer may deduct the reasonable cost of damages &/or replacement of tools &/or equipment if such repair or replacement results from willful neglect or gross negligence after damage has occurred & after gaining the employee's written authorization to make the deduction. Employer may deduct the reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging facilities & vehicles after damage has occurred and after gaining the employee's written authorization to make the deduction. Employer will deduct the adverse housing adjustment for any H-2A worker staying in employer provided housing. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Require 3 months experience and a regular driver's license.
