Job Title: Wiring Technician Helper Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Wiring Technician Helper, assisting skilled technicians in various tasks including drilling, tapping, and assembling. This role requires an individual with their own basic tools such as a battery-powered drill, wrenches, pliers, and cutters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist wiring technicians in daily tasks.

  • Perform drilling, tapping, and assembling duties.

  • Utilize basic hand tools and power tools effectively.

  • Measure and cut materials accurately.

  • Participate in basic wiring and mechanical assembly tasks.

  • Troubleshoot and install components as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in using power tools and basic hand tools.

  • Ability to measure accurately with tape measures and micrometers.

  • Experience with basic wiring, drilling, and tapping.

  • Previous experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • A few years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with working in a custom shop type setting.

  • Wiring experience is highly desirable.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Willis, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
