Job Opening: Property Maintenance Laborer (Full-Time)
Location: Willimantic, CT
Compensation: Starting pay $16.35 per hour

Property Maintenance Laborer
to join our team. We pride ourselves on maintaining a

company vehicle is provided
for work-related travel.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Yard work and landscaping in all seasons
General exterior and interior property maintenance
Apartment turnovers
Building renovations, including:
Demolition (removing walls)
Framing and constructing new walls
Sheetrocking, taping, sanding, and painting
Requirements:
Clean and valid drivers license
Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Reliability and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in property maintenance, construction, or general labor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
