Steinerfilm in Williamstown is hiring a Utility/Band Person for 1st shift - 4 10 hour days - Monday - Thursday Come join our team! Summary: Responsible for assisting machine operators/maintenance in clean ups of machines and making band materials for product as needed. Essential functions: - Assist Machine operators in clean ups and maintenance of machines. - Making band equipment for product as needed. - Work on cores as needed. - Help other departments as needed and trained. - Maintain confidentiality. Qualifications: - Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Basic math skills and reading comprehension. - Knowledge of ISO helpful - Works well in a team environment. - Capable of working overtime when needed. Physical demands: - Ability to lift 50lbs periodically. - Climb up and down ladder. - Able to manipulate small hand tools. Work Environment: - Will climb ladders and work off elevated surfaces on an occasional basis during each shift. - Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
