Buildings & Grounds Laborer Williamstown, MA Pay: \$20-\$23/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime available) Type: Temp-to-Hire What You\'ll Do: - Perform general maintenance, repairs, and custodial work - Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment and systems - Operate tools and equipment (mowers, loaders, hand tools, etc.) - Support building and grounds upkeep, including seasonal work (snow removal, landscaping) - Assist with basic carpentry, painting, and facility repairs Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Valid MA driver\'s license - Ability to perform physical work (lifting, climbing, outdoor work) - Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Benefits (upon hire): - Health, Dental & Vision Insurance - Full Benefits Package including Pension Great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable employer
