Up to $22.00-$25.00/hr. starting wage, depending on experience & ability. Fully paid training included. Pay increases can be expected after 3 month reviews. Further significant pay increases upon employee's ability to demonstrate skills needed and work independently & preform all duties of all the services we offer. Insurance plans matching & Investment savings plans matching available after 60 days.
Skilled and unskilled workers needed for a company that services local customers in the Mid-Michigan area, and also customers across the nation. We will train you to become a highly skilled and sought after trades person. Our work is a cross between indoor and outdoor work. We offer variable hours, potential for fully paid travel, benefits and plenty of overtime. Some weekend work will be expected of you as some of our customers can only be serviced on weekends. While outdoor striping takes place only during the warm season here in Michigan, our indoor striping nationwide happens all year round.
Our work requires someone willing to expand their current skills or learn a whole new set of skills. Lots of potential growth for those capable and willing to put in the effort to become a valuable part of a growing 20+ year growing family owned small company. A college degree is not necessary, but basic math skills, understanding of geometry, a driver's license and a desire to learn a very rewarding set of skills are a must.
