JOB OBJECTIVES
Provide 100% Great Guest Experience by preparing food to recipe and ensuring hot food is delivered hot and cold food is delivered cold to guests. Prepare line items according to guest orders in an efficient and timely manner to meet time expectations. Maintain safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest and team member safety.
Ability to have knowledge of other Back of House positions to perform based on business needs.
KEY ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Treats all guests, team members and managers with dignity & respect
Displays a helpful, friendly and approachable attitude towards guests, team members and managers
Assist Back of House operations by learning menu, recipes, inventory controls and other processes
Consistently follows and supports Scorz Bar and Grill's systems, policies and procedures
