Vegetables Bunching greens, lettuce, kale, swiss chard, collard greens, lettuce, herbs, summer squash, zucchini, winter squash, pumpkins, cucumbers, hot peppers, sweet peppers, eggplant, onions, potatoes, cabbage, beets,radish, sweet corn. Apples, peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, prunes, black berries, strawberries, cherries, melons: Planting, weeding, tending, harvesting, packing, washing, re-packing, lifting and sorting, bunching, banding, cleaning plants and fields of debris, rocks, waste etc.
Fruit- Apples, peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, prunes, black berries, strawberries, cherries, melons: Weeding, pruning, harvesting, tending, packing, re-packing, cleaning debris, mending trellis etc.
Other, Job related: May be required to drive work vans and vehicles in fields/ to and from work sites.
Requirements:
- Exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Repetitive movements
- Extensive pushing/pulling, extensive walking, frequent stooping/bending over.
- Lifting requirement of 60 lbs.
