General Production Worker
Location: Williamsburg, VA (On‑Site)
Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $15.00–$16.00/hr + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full‑Time

We’re hiring General Production Workers to support hands‑on production tasks in a clean, climate‑controlled facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy detail‑oriented, steady-paced work and want a reliable schedule with the potential to earn bonuses every month.
? What You’ll Do
You will support one of two core production areas based on daily demands:
Hardware Insertion
Place small hardware pieces into aluminum panels.
Use a hardware insertion machine to press parts securely into pre-selected holes.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and collect fallen hardware at shift end.
Unmasking
Remove masking tape from small metal parts after painting.
Check parts for clean edges, accurate finish, and quality.
Place completed parts on shelving for the next processing stage.
What You Bring
Comfortable working with small components , including screws and knobs.
Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Good hand‑eye coordination and dexterity.
Reliable, team‑focused, and eager to learn new tasks.
Nice to Have
Experience in production, assembly, or machine operation .
Familiarity with basic shop tools or similar work environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
