Line Cook 8 temporary full-time openings. 4/1/2026 10/31/2026

Perform line cook duties in a mobile full kitchen for guests from around the world. Follow recipes and plate presentations. Communicate any issues regarding technology, equipment, or par levels of product. Work quickly and follow verbal instruction: when it is busy and tickets are coming in, follow the expediter. Maintains a clean work space and a cool demeanor in high stress. Understands consolidation and FIFO multi-task and take instruction and feedback. Understanding proper food safety.

Shifts varies: 6am-11am/3p-10/11pm/ or a split mid 9-1/3-7:30. 35 Hours per week. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on business levels, occupancy and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. \$18.54 per hour; \$27.81 per hour OT when available. On the job training will be provided, if necessary, but it is not required.

Employer will use a single workweek to compute wage due. Employer uses a Monday - Sunday workweek as the standard for computing wages due and are paid biweekly. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Employer will make all deductions from the worker\'s paycheck as required by law. Employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. Uniforms are provided. Workers have the option to live in Employer provided housing. \$100 per month. Housing costs will be payroll deducted if employee elects to make use of them. \$250 housing deposit (returned/refunded at the end of their program as long as no damage has occurred in the living space.). Employee may rent company vehicle for 6 hours for errands or more local activities. \$30 per rental payroll deducted.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employer will provide subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging). If the workers require reimbursement for any transportation costs, and subsistence (including meals and lodging), the employer will reimburse workers in the first week. Upon completion of the employment period or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts.
