We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Rec ruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent across a variety of roles. This role is key to ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting our company’s hiring goals.
Job Title: Recruiter
Pay Rate: $25/Hourly
Hours: 8AM - 5PM
Hybrid Role
The Recruiter must reside in Willard, OH or surrounding areas and must be willing to work onsite as needed.
Please Note: This is a Temporary position with the potential of being hired permanently
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews
Extend offers and manage onboarding process
Maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
