Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring best practices in candidate screening and selection.

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

  • Analyze hiring metrics to identify areas for improvement and deliver regular reports to senior management.

  • Promote our company’s employer brand to enhance candidate engagement.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing management.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technology.
