Responsibilities:

Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, networking, and social media.
Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring best practices in candidate screening and selection.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Analyze hiring metrics to identify areas for improvement and deliver regular reports to senior management.
Promote our company’s employer brand to enhance candidate engagement.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technology.
