Senior Channel Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Channel Marketingng Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a key member of our channel marketing team, responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize sales through our distribution and partner channels. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, creating joint marketing programs, and driving demand generation activities.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in reaching and engaging customers through various channels. Your expertise in channel marketing strategies, market analysis, and customer segmentation will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to optimize channel performance and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative channel marketing programs, managing relationships with channel partners, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication skills will be essential in executing channel marketing initiatives. By effectively leveraging channels, you will contribute to Honeywell's position as a global technology leader.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of channel marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share
Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement joint marketing plans and programs
Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive sales through channel partners
Provide marketing support and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales efforts
Conduct market research and analysis to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
Manage marketing budgets and measure the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align channel marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in channel marketing
Channel Management - Monitor performance of current partners, new partner selection & onboarding
New Product commercialization
Demand generation campaigns
YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience of at least 5 years in channel marketing or related roles
Should have the ability to understand technical products an be a subject matter expert in due course of time
Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel marketing strategies
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies
Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
Passion for driving channel growth and maximizing sales opportunities
Proven track record of developing successful channel marketing programs
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Experience in managing and mentoring a team
Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry (preferred)
