We are currently seeking a senior offering specialist to join our AEA Security product team to lead and drive AEA growth initiatives. You will work closely at all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally to develop distinctive plans with outstanding financial outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Understand customer needs & pain points.
Understand the high value problems customers face and the linkage of those problems to how customers make money
Understand market drivers, competitors, and overall business environment through collecting and interpreting market data
Conduct competitive analysis to assess sources of competitive advantage
Assess market attractiveness, commercial viability, and share of demand to evaluate new product introductions and other growth programs
Write and communicate a succinct value proposition for each target segment addressing the customer problem compared to the next best alternative with the monetary value the offering provides to the customer
Position the offering against competitors by identifying and stating target market segments and problems to be solved
Ensure the efforts of each participating function (sales, engineering, operations, etc.) are accurately represented in the product plan
Work closely with the korea QTS & Regulatory team members to acquire mandatory KFI certification. Work with Japan team to understand JFEII certification & product requirements
Lead the product management with data driven and analytical reasoning for portfolio decisions and drive the regular senior management category/portfolio reviews
Drive the execution of effective SKU Extension, Phase In – Phase out, Accolade know-how & learning
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in sales, product, or demand generation in the Fire LOB Domain
Fluent English language is a must to have

Desirable MBA or post graduate qualification

Skill in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and field sales

Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues
Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
Demonstrated ability to drive customer intimacy and understand customer needs
Demonstrated effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills
